You will fill out a short application telling me a little about yourself.

We will set up a FREE 30-minute discovery call to go over your application and see if you’re the right fit for this program, and discuss the right payment plan for you.

I will then send you The Healthy Bean Welcome Kit that includes a coaching contract, client assessment form, and food & lifestyle tracker.

After you fill out The Healthy Bean Welcome Kit and send it back to me, we will set a day & time to have our weekly coaching sessions (phone call, video chat, or in-person if local). Our first session will be 60 minutes, so we can go over your forms, but after that they will be 45 minutes.

We will go over your goals and make a meal plan and action plan personalized for you to reach those goals. I will give you action steps and tools to start implementing and give you the guidance you need and celebrations you deserve.

I will be available via text or email for any questions or celebrations you may have in-between weekly sessions.
