30 Day Jumpstart

This 1:1 coaching program is perfect for you if you want to start your health journey and need some accountability and guidance. This is perfect for “beginners” but is also great if you have been trying to live a healthy lifestyle for a while but feel stuck and need a boost.

You will learn the basics of living a healthy lifestyle, how to read food labels, and feel confident while grocery shopping. We will make a customized meal plan for you together as a team so you will have meals and recipes that perfectly fit your personal lifestyle.
We will set weekly action plans made for your personal health goals and I will keep you motivated and accountable the whole way through.

60 Day Reset

This 1:1 coaching program is perfect for you if you want a more in-depth experience to learning about living a healthy lifestyle and how to maintain it. This is also for you if you are stuck in a macro & calorie counting lifestyle and want to learn how to eat intuitively and break free from the restrictions so you can gain food freedom. If you struggle with feeling anxious over eating food and tend to eat/binge with you're emotions, we will work together to manage your mindset and emotions the healthy way.

You will learn about supplements and products that will best benefit your body and needs, and gain clarity from the confusing information out there. You will learn how to confidently go grocery shopping and get the foods that make you feel your best and that fit your goals.
We will make a customized meal plan for you together as a team so you will have meals and recipes that perfectly fit your personal lifestyle.

Additional Services

I also offer additional services with coaching or on their own. So if you're not wanting to work with me as your coach, then these may be what you're looking for!

  1. You will fill out a short application telling me a little about yourself.

  2. We will set up a FREE 30-minute discovery call to go over your application and see if you’re the right fit for this program, and discuss the right payment plan for you.

  3. I will then send you The Healthy Bean Welcome Kit that includes a coaching contract, client assessment form, and food & lifestyle tracker.

  4. After you fill out The Healthy Bean Welcome Kit and send it back to me, we will set a day & time to have our weekly coaching sessions (phone call, video chat, or in-person if local). Our first session will be 60 minutes, so we can go over your forms, but after that they will be 45 minutes.

  5. We will go over your goals and make a meal plan and action plan personalized for you to reach those goals. I will give you action steps and tools to start implementing and give you the guidance you need and celebrations you deserve.

  6. I will be available via text or email for any questions or celebrations you may have in-between weekly sessions.
